Stress Testing: What's Your Bank's AQ?

I question why the bank ratings do not take into consideration their TOTAL strength, not just the parochial. For example, SBP Santander is really not a weak bank. To get the full disclosere, the holding company's strength should be included. In this example. STD Santander not SBP Santander should be graded.

Three Value Stocks

BBT is a safe way to own bank stocks. It behaves like a good bank should. One other that I think is well managed is JPM. Jamie Dimon is the only banker amoung the "big" boys that seems to have any idea of how to run a bank.
