heh, Objectivitist - give it a break... Russia is a corrupt cleptocracy ran by ex-Communists whose mindset will never change. Almost everbody is better off than a 100 years ago in the world today, but especially Russian oligarchs boasting their Russian pride and throwing oil money around the world. As for protection of foreign investment, are you writing this from your Kremlin office and don't read Western press ?
