VIP is expending its business in Vietnam and Cambodia where the governments refused CHL(China Mobil)investment. VIP is a international company, covering the whole area of central Asia from Turkey to China. China Mobil now has more than 500 millions subscribers and still growing, I am sure VIP will do the same with a very similar market nich. China and Russia are very alike in terms of political system and economic policy, both emphazises stability and low debt, unlike the US's devaluation policy.
