I agree with most of your analysis. However, what is your take on the fact that VPHM will likely wait on closing of this deal until the FDA decision. If the FDA bawks, VPHM walks? I see this as the linchpin for a successful acquisition and profit. If approved, Lev will be first to market which is always a valuable position to enjoy.
