    Really nice discussion.....Interes... gamble ..
    Only a few days ago, a writer in Alpha recommended the "SRS" as the easiest way to short commercial real estate. Had anyone bought the SRS this week (this is an ETF), the buyer would have gotten decimated !
    Today alone this ETF is down $ 7.00 plus ..
    Who's to say she's wrong ? Commercial real estate seems destined for a crash..This is definitely a case of the market being irrational longer than you can stay solvent ..
    It's never easy !
