So I suppose you didn't notice that despite the web promotions, spending heavily on product placement, and the loss leader low price smoothie, that JJ still managed to show a 7% decrease in same store sales from the same quarter last year? Starbucks and Jack in the Box are not the competition. JMBA needs to learn this, and figure out their market.
