You incorrectly indicate DRS Technologies reportied Q2 2008 earnings. DRS did not report Q2 earnings. We will report Q1 fiscal 2009 earnings on Friday, August 8. It was Finmeccanica that reported their first half fiscal 2008 results on July 31. This was followed by a joint Finmeccanica-DRS presentation on the acquisition progress. The closing of Finmeccanica's acquisition of DRS is expected to close during 4Q calendar 2008.
