Why would a change in retail distribution partners "signal further caution". This is an opportunity for SiriusXM to further reduce costs and expand retail distribution. I am not the oracle, but it seems to me that a great number of opportunities arise for Sirius with the possibility of a new distributing partner. Besides, from my perspective, the job DEIX has been doing is lackluster at best. When is the last time you went into a Best Buy or Radio Shack and saw the satrad section fully stocked and merchandised, let alone a single poster or banner. DEIX has a vast number of products that they ship, satrad merch being one in the mix. This is a chance for us to get with a distributing partner that dedicates more focus to satrad products. Depending on size of the partner (or partners) chosen by Mel and his associates, this could be an opportunity to start selling satrad at places other than BB and CC. Non-chain Regional and local electronic stores are an untapped resource that have not been explored yet. Why not sell satrad at used auto dealerships, they have the technicians to do the installations. Here is an idea, hire a team of individuals to travel the country going from used auto dealership to used auto dealership selling and installing satrad as a "new feature" on a "twice used" vehicle. Just filling the pipeline of 100 - 200 new locations will provide some much needed cash on hand. Just a thought... sorry for my rantings
