  • Mechel Ruling is Good News, Contrary to Recent Headlines  [View article]
    The actual fine is a lot less than expected. Mechel was fined 5% of last year's coaking coal revenue which translates into $35 Million. Mechel was ordered to cut prices by 15% for domestic prices. Market expectation was for a 30% decrease in prices. This is great news
