  • Google Should Make Apple Beg for Maps Navigation [View article]
I want my GPS anchored to my car so I can glance at it at will. I DON'T want it next to my ear even it is it free and all better and getting me places. A signficant safety issue here.

So, let me get this straight. Google is including their free navigation software on phones that have their free operating system. At some point someone is going to have to pay something for these

Wow. Is the solution to this BS not obvious to anyone but me? Instead of plowing trillions around to hurting banks, just mandate lower interest rates for anyone with a mortgage or buying a home.

How about including debt in the equation? So Enterprise value / Earnings would give you a more realistic picture of what you are paying for especially considering the equity guy sits behind the debt? Even better, what about Enterprise Value / Cash Flow?

So let's see, drivers will now have to coordinate making and receiving phone calls with a handheld gps device and still not crash into the guy in front of him. Consolidating applications on one device will not necessarily make it successful just because its free. There are real safety issues here.

    Sir,
Why don't you go back to school, get an engineering degree, and start trying to actually create products or systems that people are willing to pay for either to make their live easier or less costly or more entertaining? To hold a job with the simple reason to try to gain personal wealth by getting between people and their money is not very noble. Is it ever difficult for you to sleep at night?

Great. So what happens when you get a phone call? Answer? You get lost. Having a GPS phone is only good when you roll over your car and emergency vehicles need to find you. If this is so great, they need a separate device that stays in your car.

  • Houston to Obama: Smell the Oil [View article]
So if you tax RIG you are actually taxing oil companies. Every single penny of RIG's revenue comes from oil companies. How about this...let's provide tax incentives for start-ups to build new rigs so it will drive down the day rate and oil will suddenly be cheaper to drill for and, as a result, more plentiful. It's called a long term energy policy and it's what both democrats and republicans have been ignoring for way too long.
