$515 Billion, this figuar has to be based on past or hoped for technology. The newest technology combines Carbon dioxide with other waste products and turns waste into profits. If we could count the estimated $515 cost in those profits, hmmmmmm .... $515b + billions of tons of carbon fibers + millions of tons of other valuable industrial products + increased thermal efficiences + greatly reduced cost for waste desposal and equipment + millions spent on enviromental compliance + jump starting the world economies AND saving the Enviroment. Just think, near ZERO coal ash and combustion waste, gob piles of waste coal, reduced petroleum wastes and fewer toxic dumps even resolving some problem toxic dumps. Go Figure!
