If Google ends up losing the government's data, Google isn't on the hook to compensate for losses.

the standard GoogleApps agreement does NOT put an SLA stating they will never lose customer data.

Google tells customers they will NEVER lose data, but will not put that guarantee in writing.

Google needs to put their money where their mouths are.

There are NOT 2M Google Apps PREMIER customers that PAY real $$ for Google Apps.

If there were 2M paid users, Google would break out Google Apps revenue apart from paid search as that revenue number would be more than one percent of total Google revenue.

If Google Apps were generating HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in customers plunking down $50 per user per year in GApps revenue, it clearly would be more than then 1% in Google's own 10-Q report.

Google will generate $25B in revenue in FY 2009. One percent of that number is $250M.

Can the author of this trashy propaganda please explain why the beancounters at Google don't see the same inflated numbers that you choose to publish.

My thinking is this author wastes his time talking to the President of Google Enterprise, Dave Girouard.

Dave Girouard is a LIAR about his divisions contribution to the mothership's numbers.

Dave Girouard knows that GApps is receiving less than $5M per year in PAID GOOGLE APPS customers.

Are you saying we CAN sue MS when Excel calcs wrong (it does sometimes) or when Access corrupts a series of tables (happens a lot) or other things like that? My understanding is that we are on our own when this stuff occurs.
