Of course Cameco is looking to acquire - why else would they have had that new stock issue? I don't need some analyst at RBC to tell me this.

The real question is 'what is Cameco going to acquire?' because these junior companies are likely to experience the quickest and largest stock price gains.

Recall also that Cameco was excoriated in the Canadian press for sitting on its hands and failing to buy up the junior miners as uranium prices rose.

They were one of the few in the industry who correctly evaluated the juniors as wildly overpriced and had the courage to stick by their convictions despite public criticism.

I would expect Cameco to take advantage of current low prices and to expand their already considerable share of the uranium market, picking up only juniors with proven claims at bargain prices.
