Banks Avoiding TARP Funds Lending More

Yet another reason to take over the insolvent 'superbanks' and sell them off for scrap.

Solvent banks will do that much more lending when they don't have to compete with zombie banks kept alive only by taxpayer welfare.

We have some healthy young sapling banks who would grow much faster if they weren't in the shade of these massive, undead superbanks.
