Once we work our way through this massive deleveraging and right sizing of world financial and industrial complex America will come out stronger and continue to lead the world with growth and innovation. Yes, the last 8 years have been very dark and we have much work ahead to rebuild trust and reenter the world stage as the leader America has always been. You only need to look at the flight to Treasuries with a zero rate to realize even in these darkest hours America is still looked at as the most stable country in the world.
