    92% of home owners are on time with their mortgage. Delinquencies have increased 2.6% from the real estate boom to bust and the worst economy since the 1930. Hardly fodder for further negative housing outlook.

    The number of homes for sale in the US fell 5.2% to 311,000 in March which is a 7 year low. The biggest monthly drop so far in the current 23-month string of declines. Go with the facts folks.

    Resale housing up 61% comparing month of March 08 to March 09 in San Diego. Yes, affordability is paring down housing stock which will and is firming prices. We are seeing multiple offers on most homes on the market.
