  • Bank Of America: Legal Ignorance Is Bliss [View article]
Good article. Neat to view past results, but better to see such a good future for BAC as a leader in the structure of the financial sector. Keep up the good work, Raven

  • Investors sue a dozen banks for currency manipulation [View news story]
I think it is quite proper for the investors of pensions funds to file suite against financial institutions. After all, look at the success the Feds have had. lol

Not enough information for me to formulate a serious opinion. However, the banks have been sued by the Feds so much, so why shouldn't the investors of pension funds, etc, jump on the bank wagon (or is this just an April Fools Joke?).

Not enough information given for me to formulate an opinion. However, the banks have been sued by the Feds so much, its about time for the investors of pension boards, etc. to join the band wagon. Easy money!

  • Bank Of America: Buy The Dip, It Will Not Last [View article]
Okay, I will go ahead and put BAC on my wish-list at $30. In reality I am at the low to mid $20's in 2014. Its always nice to count chlickens before...................
Still long and love it. Thanks for the positive article. Well presented.

  • Bank Of America Settles For Billions, Significantly Reduces Income To Pay Dividends To Shareholders [View article]
I would assume that the 14.1 billion set aside is accounted for in the overall profitability per quarter. I would also agree that the Fed's considered this in there discussion for the increased dividends and the large amount set aside of the buy-backs. I do believe the BAC is operating pretty lean as indicated in the position in the overall "stress" test. However, I consider this to be not a bad thing, as a pass is a pass, and the existing goals of their financial structure will possibly present a better position in the competition arena.

  • Bank Of America: 2 Big Things Holding Back Margins; Are They That Bad? [View article]
Good thoughts and well explored. Nice presentation of BAC's margin situation, and I agree that BAC is holding back on loans, waiting for greener pastures.

  • A check of payout ratios allowed by CCAR process [View news story]
The evolutionary attitude of "let happens, what happens" is really great when we try and explain the genetic process, but this is not applicable nor acceptable in the financial processes which has made America's economic structure the greatest in the world.

  • Bank Of America: No. 28 For Yellen, No. 1 For Shareholders [View article]
Enjoyed the article. Clever presentation of "Run, Run,Run". I believe it is a good buy today, but fortunately. I spent all available funds buying BAC shares on the way up, and with a little change, added a couple of warrants. Good job.

  • More on Fed stress tests [View news story]
Don't know, but would it mean that being the weakest in meeting the requirements of the stress test, that particular financial institution might operate at a higher leveraged position as well as a more aggressive strategy as compared to the rest of the sector? Is that not a more "lean and mean" attitude?

  • Bank Of America: A Well-Positioned Stock [View article]
Tom, if the opportunity presents itself, I would recommend you get in with BAC prior to the announcement. Really not much risk considering the rewards; however, if the announcement dosen't happen as to a dividend increase, I am sure you will see a dip which will present another opportunity.

  • Expected Stress Test Results For Bank Of America And What They Mean For The Warrants [View article]
Excellent presentation of warrant analysis. Explores warrant valuation as related to dividends and price as well as per share ownership, of which is often over simplified. Thanks of the article.
