  • VirnetX: Some Positive Takeaways From Appeals Court Ruling [View article]
Yeah really, why couldnt he pledge cash to cover it??? Anyway, what about another director, Gary Feiner, who dumped his entire position, 25.000 shares at $5, not margin call related, as its a small position, anyway, the captain is the last one who leaves the ship, take your risks here...;)

  • VirnetX: Some Positive Takeaways From Appeals Court Ruling [View article]
it unbelievable how "blind" can some people be...it was obvious since March that market didn't believed in CAFC, that's why dropped hard from $26 to $14-15 and couldn't raise up since then....now after we have the remand from CAFC the same people still don't want to face the truth, even the CEO is not believing in his company, other wise it would be easy to cover up his margin call and would decide to throw up his white towel...anyway, believe in any god you want, market is here to prove you correct or not...

  • How Vringo's Reversal At CAFC Just Increased My Confidence In A VirnetX Affirmation [View article]
Tnx for pointing it out, now it makes sense, the only question mark now is the assumption you make in the methodology cafc uses, one step at a time as tom calls it.

Your argument that cafc cannot remand because has upheld similar damages in another case is not so strong, and I explain.
Yes truly he methodology of the damage constructions might be correct in vhc case, that's why the court used it in Motorola case, BUT that doesn't prove that apple actually infringed, I know there is a lot questions and talking on this, but I am just staying in your argument....

The same happened in vringo case, cafc has nt rejected the damages construction model as you say as it remanded the jury's decision of infringement...

It's like having a murder case where the gun is found, so it's true that the victim was shot with this gun and killed. But that doesn't show if the suspect has pulled the trigger or not, I hope you get the analogy.

    Nice article though...

  • "Intermune" : The Devil Is In The Details... [View instapost]
" Intermune took special care to minimize the number of patients with both IPF and COPD..."

Where exactly did you see this?

Anyway, it is not 100% correct to compare the 2 trials directly, actually BI took special care choosing less severe IPF cases, as we can see from the data results, and the endpoints were different as well. What i am trying to do is to compare the results usinf the same "benchmarks" for the 2 trials, were its clear that pirfenidone is the dominant drug.

  • InterMune's A Strong Buy As Esbriet Finally Has The Data Physicians, Patients, And FDA Have Longed For [View article]
I believe the timing of the article suggesting long position is not good, due to the market topping at these levels I expect intermune to face severe resistance at $45-50 levels. My article was at the best time point, one month before at ~$30 with the stock to have gained more than 50%...

  • VirnetX / Apple Appeal: Bad News For VirnetX And Other Patent Assertion Entities [View article]
thank you both for your replies, Jeff you might be right, but as we see in the movies, american justice is only in theory, money talks in the end and apple has tons of money...also another thing that makes me having second thoughts is the argument that "if they finally let a so called 'patent troll' to win, they will open the road to all others trolls, new and old that are going to start a ton of new trials. if you read the statictics, there is a huge increase already of such cases something that has started to bother the us court authorities, they even tried to pass the relative legislation couple of weeks ago, ok i know they didnt pass it this time, but you get the point..

    Thank you for your comments,

    1. The timing of the step down, doesnt ring you any bell, for 50-60mio offshore account it would be easy choice ;)
    look watergate, look enron, etc...

    2. I am surprized to the confidence of the shorts, and I do not have a problem with them, it takes 2 to tango, so in order to sell there must be willing buyers...they can sell as much as they want, if KL has the balls and was so confident he could squeeze the hell out of them, look what the Olman in Porsche did to the SLs in Volkswagen, took the share from 300 to 1000$ in a single day... http://nyti.ms/1jWN2iG

So stop the bullshit and play by market rules...I cannot hear the cries with the bad sellers and good buyers...the market is here, if you have the balls, squeeze the hell out of them as Porsche did, end of story...

    Can someone argue the following

1.Judge has decided against VHC, took his commission 'under the table' and apple lives happily in the end"

    2. Short sellers have this info, thats why they are aggressive sellers in every upmove

    3. Before CSCO win, 99.9% of people were sure VHC would win...what is different know...

    With arguments please., ty

The Gabriel project seems very compeling in two ways,

    1. It gives a diversification to the patent troll game, so even if VHC loses APple case, it would be a good buy at the sell off levels that will follow, given the fact that the gabriel project will generate revenue in near future...

    2. Its the first time this company to have potential of futures cash flow stream...

    Nice job!
