'Panics Do Not Destroy Capital'

We're seeing a deleveraging of the consumer and these bulls are out of control. Sure we all want things to get better but there is no need to be premature when it comes to getting long this market. Ultimately when everyone gets back from the beach in Sept we'll see the selling start again. It's unfortunate that CNBC is always telling the public to buy buy buy!
