In other words Henry Blodget, a financial reporter, knowing that news relating to Mr. Job's health, can affect stock prices, without confirming a report (relying on an anonymous source no less) published that rumor in Silicon Alley Insider. Only later did Mr. Blodget mention that the rumor was false.
