Well... per the financials, Bill has been selling shares to personally fund the company. That's why.

Excellent article Desmond. Great to see the information compiled in one place that presents such a solid position for FITX. It's a shame were having to bring these things to light due to the frankly dishonest methods of Lakeshore officials and their disregard for coded Ontario law.
I really don't understand why they are trying so hard to make things difficult for the company who is clearly operating within their legal rights. The message they posted on their website and comments by the Mayer are very troubling as they seem to directly and publicly contradict both the law, and their own previous statements.

    No. your in fact INCORRECT.

This law specifically states: and I quote... "(9) No by-law passed under this section applies,"

It is a VERY specific law that PROHIBITS lakeshore from applying this law. It is not a problem. It is coded law. hands down spoecifically stating that this law CANNOT be amended. Its PLAIN and Definitive. There's no "grey area".

As soon as the licence arrives, there is nothing to stop CEN from growing. It is their legal right under Canadian law. It's just fact. You may not like it, and it may not play well for your agenda... but the law is the law.

Matt, frankly I'm disappointed that you won't at least one time put out something that has a base grounded in true research. I would be impressed if you actually researched the laws surrounding the granfathering instead of assuming the town is the one who can give or take away the doctrine of acquired rights.
It is Ontario law. Put in place to protect land owners from towns like this one.

Actually he's way off.. He hasnt read the law. The grandathering does not come from the towns decision, it comes from the supreme court and Ontario coded law.

No.... son. You aren't much of an attorney then. There does not have to be any MMJ already grown or packaged for the lot to be groomed and designated for that purpose. Nice try, but... the supreme court does not see it the way you do. And several cases and documented evidence confirm such. Perhaps you should do some proper research into the actual cases that have come to the courts before you make baseless claims that have no bearing on reality.

It's not really an opinion. It's right there in the Ontario law. We are protected by the supreme court.

    No problem.
