Oil Stocks: Where Can You Find Black Gold? [View article]

I suspect that offshore California has similar deep oi reserves to Brazil. If the exploration was allowed to occur we could be energy independent with all our other rese5rves. We harp on Opec to drill more but will not use our own. Alternatives need to be aggressively studied but are not a replacement for good ole black gold for decades.
