What's Going on With uWink?

I too believed in the conept behind uWink. However, I recently read the following story in the LA Times which leads me to believe that Microsoft is developing a similar platform that could easily triumph uWink's, and according to the below article it seems to work in Las Vegas. Since Microsoft has the muscle, I will probably stop buying uWink. Also, I live near uWink's first restaurant and I noticed more and more coupons in our daily flier for free or discont food which leads me to belive food sales are down.
