For you guys that like Great Western Minerals GWM, me included, should really take a second look at Lynas Corp. I really feel it has everything lined up for a great long term investment. Remember its mine & facilities are very close China & India, and has one of the largest reserves in the world. Lynas is my ticket into the countryclub/gated community ;)
Pinetree Capital Ltd. Announces Unaudited Financial Results For The Three And Nine Months Ended September 30, 2009 [View instapost]
OG, Thanks for finding and sharing this rare gem. Lets hope with some more time, the stock price will reflect whats going on in this commodities/emerging market driven world.
Now that Lynas Corp is free from China & pretty much through with its stock offering/dilution/capital raising. Does anyone have any thoughts on the stock? I believe it along with GWM, will be one of the first to start producing REE outside of China. Nick Curtis the CEO of Lynas corp has a long history in metals/mining, plus a boat load of lynas corp stock.
My feeling is a lot of these "new miners" have just jumped on the rare earth mania, but are still a lonnngg way out to anything of real substance.
Take GDLNF, I guess it owns land that has one of the largest rare earth finds in the world. Do you take a gamble this early in the game that all will fall in place? Lynas at .50 seems relatively like a bargain compared to some of the "others"

Anyone familiar with or like Natcore technology NTCXF.PK They state that they can reduce the cost of making solar panels by up to 60% They will simply license the technology to existing solar panel makers. Its hard to evaluate, since I don't understand the science behind it.

Most "believers" over at TheEEstory.com feel that an important "reveal" will come about at the very end of this quarter or beginning of 2010. This is based on the founder of Eestor Dick Weir saying(in a leaked audio) that a EESU will be delivered to Zenn by the end of this year, with full production starting in 2010. Of course this has been "promised" in the past aswell.
Are you still bullish/buying Pinetree Capital? I like the idea of a micro ETF on miners/gold/ree. But I'm surprised the stock hasn't really moved much. Is this a good time to buy/accumulate for the long term or am I missing something about PNPFF? Thanks again
Do you have a preferred ETF that you think is most able to take advantage of India's present & future investment potential? Thanks for the great article.
