Nice article. Bought some more on the sell-off the other day. I truly respect the market but that sell-off left me quite puzzled. Nevertheless, I suspect FLR is close to fairly valued for this ten seconds. I consider it to be a solid core long term holding in my industrial space. I'll simply trade around it for the time being. Stimulus via infrastructure upgrade will not be going away any time soon. This expectation plus all of the delayed 2009 energy projects that will likely be implemented next year should bode well for FLR in 2010. Oh well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it until proven otherwise.
