    Excellent article and points. Now, the rest of the market need only see what you are pointing out. WMT is truly the deadest money I have right now. Sometimes, I don't even mind it trading down a little if only to feel my pulse quicken....just a little.

  • Fluor - Solid as Usual [View article]
    Nice article. Bought some more on the sell-off the other day. I truly respect the market but that sell-off left me quite puzzled. Nevertheless, I suspect FLR is close to fairly valued for this ten seconds. I consider it to be a solid core long term holding in my industrial space. I'll simply trade around it for the time being. Stimulus via infrastructure upgrade will not be going away any time soon. This expectation plus all of the delayed 2009 energy projects that will likely be implemented next year should bode well for FLR in 2010. Oh well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it until proven otherwise.

    Mmarrkk - I've been in the natural gas business for 25 years and I could not agree with your comment more. Mr. McClendon is dead on correct. No operating company is forecasting $6.25 gas these days.

    Ishortyou, you/we can't afford the alts you referenced.....not yet anyway. You might as well ride your bike if you have fallen out of love with fossil fuels. By the way, you do realize nat gas is a fossil fuel....don't you?
