Thank-you. Yes, the $82 - $85 range sounds right. I'm tired of stocks selling off on a "bad" earnings report; It's like a rushing stampede of irrationality.

Just sort of wondering if singularly investing in Hong Kong might be a potentially lucrative thing - either short-term or long-term - as it is like in the top 3 or 4 countries on the list of countries with the most economic freedom. (Newsflash: the US isn't even in the top 20.).
Look for a deluge of special dividends over the next quarter, says Goldman Sachs, as corporations rush to return cash to shareholders before taxes go higher in 2013. Choice Hotels CEO Steve Joyce sums it up: "Tax rates on dividends are never going to be better ... I don't know how much worse they are going to get, but they are going to get worse." I understand that what you are saying about the gender of God is not meant to be exclusive but inclusive, that God has both feminine and masculine qualities; I am not offended by this but sort of fascinated by it. However, the Bible I know calls God our Father, and I see no harm in using that appellation.

I got a little off-track in my last post as I did not tie in what I was saying with the conversation about P&G. Overspending and debt - leading to and exascerbating a recessionary environment - has a monumental and critical effect on American businesses, as we all know. Those are things this country can control, and i just get so frustrated with the recklessness and callousness (and senselessness) with which those in positions of responsibility create and implement economic policy and treat the taxpayer. I have had to make tough, even painful, decisions all my life; taking the difficult often unpopular road sometimes is the only way to recovery; along the way one builds character, and that means everything. America -Stand up and face your problems with faith and courage!! Stop overspending! Decrease taxes! (I know it is far from easy.)That's just to begin with! OK, to get back on track -Sounds like P&G has its own challenges, and I hope the company rises up to meet them and succeeds brilliantly and contrary to the prevailing wisdom. and in spite of the depressing and depressed economy and irresponsible politicians.

I hate the inertia and gutlessness of those in Congress who, for political reasons, will not deal with debt and overspending. They put political gain before the welfare of the country; they have the power to do something for millions of people but they lie and obfuscate and pass the buck. I don't even listen to the rhetoric: talk is cheap. I go right to the voting records: that's where the sh*t really hits the fan.or the rubber meets the road, or however you want to say it. Each one is as believable as his last vote.

I hope p&g is successful in regaining marketshare and in revitalizing itself. It's been around a long time, and it's not by accident. I am proud of p&g's success...Having made the decision to increase prices, and with the current political and economic environments, who knows what p&g's next chapter will evolve to be?
