Radioshack CEO Julian Day Is Getting it Done! [View article]
I'm encountering a missunderstanding problem with Radioshack. I'm an outstanding customer since 2005, Since the last 3 years I haven't missed any monthly payment. My adress and phone still the same. My Situation is the following. I'm a disable person and for the last months I did not received my Bill Statements. It never cross in my mind that I miss paying radioshack bill. Not until I received a phone call from the Collection Dept. to inform me that I needed to settle the account with them. What I don't understand is why Radioshack as courtesy could if, had call me inmediately they missed the first payment. I would have gone to the store and make my payment. I have never refuse to pay my bill and I still don't refuse. All I want is to pay my monthly payment as usual. Since I'm a disable person with a fixed income is not fair that this account should be in the hands of this collection party. Please Help me you are the CEO.
