Changes to eBay’s Pricing Plan Could Whack Shares by 20%

Nobody who knows how eBay operates actually believes there won't be a major hike in FVFs if this so-called "free" listing fee thing comes to pass. The past fee "reduction" was, in reality, a fee hike - a nickle off listing fees, but much more added on the back end.

Perhaps this thread from the Seller Central discussion board will bring some enlightenment to those who aren't already familiar with what a mess eBay is right now:
