  • Fannie Mae Preferred: When Will The Dividends Return? [View article]
If any one is to make money from this stock, they should put money at risk. This company went for pennies because it was de facto bankrupt. It is now in actuality the government money at stake and the shareholders in the bankrupt company should get nothing.

This company is buying mortgages based on and interest rate that is too low and not enough colateral. it would be cheating taxpayers for this company to pay Pinterest.

  • Cabot Oil & Gas - Binary Heading Into Q2 Reporting [View article]
I don't see how Cabot can claim profits after a huge write down and showing larger debt each quarter.

Also their really good wells are being wasted by selling this resource into a lousy market.

I don't see how any company in the Marcellus can claim to be profitable with the losing cash price for NG in the Marcellus. This stock should be a raging short but in this crazy market I believe a short is just too dangerous.

The price to earnings is stratospheric and I believe the earnings are overstated.

  • Coming Higher U.S. Natural Gas Prices Should Help Low Cost Producer Chesapeake Energy [View article]
"The chart shows that new wells in the Northern Marcellus are expected to have 30% RORs at a natural gas price of only $1.50/mcf. This is fantastic!"

This is complete nonsense. As the price of NG comes down these NG companies keep claiming lower costs while they pile on more and more debt and get nincompoops to keep handing them money to drill into the ground.

It is hard to borrow without increasing production. If these guys are going deeper into debt without added production it is very obvious that they are losing money.

Even if it be true that suppliers have sold so far ahead at lousy prices, this would only create a massive short squeeze if prices start moving higher.

Natural gas is not profitable at anything resembling $3.5, and we have had that price and higher recently and still CAPEX and rig counts dropped right through it.

I think the Nexus 9 offers a better ecosystem than the Apple air 2

Isn't the ecosystem what but Apple fans brag about?

Not so sure about the EURs of these wells. EURs are estimates.

    Cabot is not profitable.

They recently had a 700 million + write off and last quarter they went still deeper in debt.
