A trader of Closed End funds of the same description. Investing in same themes TSX traded in Canada to advantage perception of a virtual commodities basket currency eventually evolving. I believe the Canadian dollar is grossly undervalued. Investments in other surrogates of commodity centric economies as Rand, Real, and Aussie $ denominated ideas as well. I listen to Bloomberg Radio and pay little attention to CNBC cheerleaders. My best current idea is Great Lakes Hydro Income with a 6.8% distribution and a near term target of $18.50CD. Coupled with an advance in the Loonie back to .83 in the next 6 months and .90 within a year I expect a gret payoff on it within 18 months. I am actually aware that the 2010 winter Olympic Games will be going off in less than one year in Vancouver/Whistler/Blackcomb. Look for other investment ideas that may be coupled to that event like BIRDF.
