Why Would Anyone Buy T-Bills at 0%?

If the treasury market is one of the most liquid markets in the world, why wouldn't everyone simply buy long dated treasuries if they are looking to park cash? If I need to park $100 million for 3 months, why wouldn't I just buy 30 year treasuries and then sell them in 3 months? At least I get a 3.7% yield (www.bloomberg.com/mark...) instead of 0.
