    Fraudulent conveyance is an interesting "claw back" concept but it should be expanded and applied to the Bush and Obama administration who threw and keeping throwing hundreds of billions of unearned tax dollars, mortgaging the next five generations' future, at companies that clearly were mismanaged, continue to be mismanaged by vastly overpaid executives and will not become profitable for many years, if ever.

    Switzerland doesn't "make a living protecting tax evaders" - that's just untrue and unfair to say. If I want to evade US taxes, I'll incorporate in Delaware and screw the IRS big time, with government blessing. And yeah, put the entire population on Fed payroll: that way, nobody will be on the dole and everyone will be able to snoop on his neighbors. But wait a minute, who'll produce anything of value? Who cares, let's invade another country and loot its wealth like we did in Iraq. That panned out pretty well, didn't it?
