  • New Sirius Channel Line-ups Cause Stir [View article]
I will certainly miss BPM on XM, I used to swing between The System and BPM depending on which had the best music at that moment. It is certainly understandable that costs need to be cut and I will go with the flow, but hope they keep a strong trance & techno offering.

  • Finally Some Good News for Sirius Shareholders  [View article]
Oddly, one thing people seldom bring up is us subscribers as a source of cash. Mel might be in a corner but he hasn't come to us yet. Well, he did if you count the latest 'Best Of' promotions so I am more talking about deal for us to renew. If Sirius really wanted to it could come to us with a special pricing deal such as, renew for over one year and get the 'Best Of' for free for a year of your contract. They could also do a buy two years and get one free. I know that this would hurt them financially somewhat in the future but the point is that Mel has some choices to generate cash. He is not locked into just selling shares for $.45 cents per share.

  • Sirius XM Sends Privatization Signals [View article]
Sirius XM is now on the verge of making money. I have read that Mel K. looks out for the stock holders, that is the way he runs companies. Well, in the short-term $4.00 per share would be nice, but what about the long-term gains? Now that some of us have been around for the many many ups and downs of satellite radio, mostly down, so now we just sell out to someone so that they (and Mel K., because I would assume he would still be part of Sirius) would benefit over the long-term. I think that whether people accept an offer, even if it comes, they should think hard about why a company would swoop in and pay for this company. I say it is because they would gain a lot more than the present holders of the stock.

  • The Sirius/XM Disaster: The Ashes of the FCC [View article]
Since when did Sirius declare BK before? The author of this article got that wrong... the rest I fully agree with.

  • Has Jim Cramer Crossed the Line with Sirius XM? [View article]
Wow!!! Justice would be a refreshing change! All that I care about is that a person in Brandon's (article's author) position or in Cramer's position is objective. Cramer has repeatedly praised then bashed, praised then bashed Sirius XM over the years to the point that you have to wonder who he is trying to move this stock for!

I wish that the FBI would get a wiretap on Cramer and start collecting information to fry him. He is not a good person and deserves to be trated as such.

  • Sirius XM Cramer Wars Part II [View article]
Sure, there is a lot of garbage out there regarding Cramer, people get emotional. Still, my point in writing this post is apart from the wild Yahoo message board. The real questions behind all of the talk about Cramer is this, is he a good or bad person? Is he someone who deserves to be a force? Is he an entertainer or a stock picker? Whose interests are most important to him? For me, the answers to these questions are very clear. People have a right to ridicule him. To talk about some crazy ideas that people come up with as a general way to disparage people who attack Cramer is frankly distracting. So my last question is, in letting TheStreet.com reprint some of your material, TheStreet.com really being Cramer's machine, are you in Cramer's pocket?

  • Jim Cramer's Unnecessary Beating Over Sirius [View article]
I did waste some money on Sirius options, which I am ashamed of, but it was money I was willing to lose. That said, I don't care if people are beating up on Cramer when someone says that he doesn't deserve it. I just enjoy watching people beat up on him in the court of opinion, I for one have never ever followed his opinions, I have laughed at him. He is at best an entertainer and at worst a criminal. He sure does know how to make money though and sure does know how to reel in the suckers.
In defense to those who have actually listened to Cramer, we have all been the sucker before at one time, let it be a lesson that you should not listen to him anylonger. As for Gino's defense of Cramer, good for you that you wrote this article, you are the better man, I applaud you, you did what Cramer would have never ever done, the right thing and even without any thing for you to personally gain.

    Gino, you are great!
    Cheers,
