Paulson's Message to Detroit: Drop Dead

How come no one is talking about the credit derivatives written with GM as the reference entity? Something tells me that a GM bankruptcy would mean a massive payout on a lot of credit derivative contracts. Hmn, that might bring the financial system down. Again. So why isn't anyone talking about it?
