    Dear Gary
You know 8$ is a steal and I would be outrageously upset if they get through with it

  • Turquoise Hill warns of further Oyu Tolgoi delays but eyes potential restart [View news story]
If the perspectives would look so bad as some comments here suggested Friedmann wouldn't have singed the rights offering

  • Goldman eyes lower iron ore and copper prices, miners fall [View news story]
This looks very much like another Goldman making money for them self story.
the logic however is not on their side: How can Iron ore can become so cheap if the world economy is gaining steam. Even if the Chinese GDP growth is slowing down there is still growth and probably more than in the rest of the world. This means more Iron is needed to build and construct. There has been a consolidation of the industry for many years, iron furnaces might close down in China or not the demand will increase and so will the price

  • Karoon Gas An Undervalued Oil & Gas Explorer With Considerable Potential [View article]
Thanks Caiman Finally somebody writes about Karoon.
This is good as I truly believe about the potential of the Company
However, your Article is more or less the same as the published information of the company.
I think what Karoon is missing is a simple easy to read easy to understand review. If they want to reach more shareholders they need to be able to connect to those which do not understand Gas exploration but will be able to crisp the significant potential this company offer.
At least I thank you having made a start hoping for more to come.

  • How Low Will Turquoise Hill Go? [View article]
Gary, thanks for your articles on TRQ. Always very useful
I am invested in TRQ and will go for the rights as I am convinced like you that the project will pay big time. 700.000 ounces of gold is a lot of cash and if Friedman is willing to go with it as well. Who else know this mine better than him.
But unfortunately your original question. How low will it go didn't find an answer.
It would just be to define the right point of accumulation
Missing this I reckon that with the resolution of the dispute the price should go up which should be around Jan next Year?
    Thanks for leading my way
