I don t think this market is cheap. Look at the p/e ratio, they have no earning or negative earnings. I will wait for a big drop scenario. Too much Quatintative Easing is distroying dollar value.
Rising base metals means that China is buying metals instead of US treasuries. USA economy is falling down, TARP is Bailing Out insurance companies, like HIG. etc.
