In SC, the Grand STrand area, available condos on the market went from 10,000....up to 12,000. That is a 3-5 year supply! Now the kicker......a person who works the county (Horry) said there are 6000 more condos in forclosure or starting forclosure....that is staggering. Now an even bigger kicker....the county to avoid this mess again has institued some stipulations on purchasing these distressed assests. To purchase one of these condos you must have a beacon score of 725 and 20% down. Wow. If this is true this inventory might never get worked off. IF you add in the construction of new condos, townhouses, sfh's...we're F'd. The sky is falling! Get to cash!

Just heard another good one...if the markets turns and we return 7%/year it will 2020 before we get back to prior levels.

I also filled up my F250 with desiel yesterday...63$ to fill...1.89/ gallon...cheap.....rea... global demand for oil is still sliding. The world is flat and when things are going up everyone is partying, now that we are seeing the slide, oh my it is going to be a big one.

I just looked through my comment stream trying to find my Dow 6000 prediction. Could not find it but I know I got into a debate with someone on SA and they thought I was crazy. Looking pretty good today. I also predicted the shares would fall to .08-.04c pretty good stab on that one, but I was wrong on the BK...I felt the business as a whole should have wiped us losers out. lol.

Does anyone want to hear some terrible housing numbers? I got some scoop from a local Realtor and the county?

Relmor, I hate to disagree with you on the ultimate future of siri but my rational side tells me the Koolaide is spiked with Jager! I do not understand why this company is not trading at .25c/share. They have done the impossible by not filing BK and they get zero respect. We can blame the media about the coverage but where in the world is Mel SanDiego?

Call me crazy but the only thing to counter all of the negative spin is FACTS. We are left with no info! None.....only bullshit stories about how siri sucks or about the garbage programming...Paul McCartney..Bruce radio..the POPE..come on. Were the f is Mel or Malone? Can this ahole multi-task? The positive stories suck just as bad as the negative. Brandon, who miss places a millie, comes out and talks about Moodys and SP...another group of dolts. Does anyone really care about the ratings? Does it affect the stock price? F no! I am so fired up right now I can see red! Someone please talk me down off the ledge?
Pissed of about being long SIRI, If I could line up Mel with Casey Hampton I sure would.

This company sucks and the stock price represents its inability to perform any function correctly. I have never felt so railroaded by a company and its CEO. Mel has over promised and underdelivered. No retail sales, blame the car industry, tough environment....blah blah blah...his not communicating with the investors is a major sign of his incompetence. I am shocked the company did not go into BK and reorganize the company. They should have wiped out the common and started over, instead we take a loan shark loan and give away the 40% of the farm, thanks MEl. Does anyone believe he won't get sued after this mess goes to 0? I say again we got had! I am so frustrated with this garbage.

Comment on this article....its too long! I can not believe I am saying this but I am in sweet spot with SIRI. My ave on 30000 shares is .12. I am going to ride this company off into the sun. My poor mother is ave in 2.4 range..she needs to make a move at these levels. It goes up I sell it goes down mom buys. I might send Mark Malone a Christmas card, heck an Easter card might be better.

Good luck all....don't be afraid to sell! You can alway get more shares later and at a discount. Its go time...we play like champions today!
