    Sure, nobody is borrowing.

    I think that the St. Louis Federal Reserve might have data to contradict that assertion:

    Seems that banks are borrowing nearly $200 Billion just to have adequate reserves to point at.

    That's something that's never happened before. But then again, when banks wound up with negative equity before this they went bankrupt. Now they simply borrow from the FED and continue operations by pretending they have reserves to call their own.
