    What does that say about the FED/USTreasury's approach to halting the economic decline we are experiencing via unprecedented creation of debt based money? Is that not also a different form of leverage?

    In the case of the FED/USTreasury, the chainsaw is replaced by a giant chipper/shredder into which the economy is about to fall.
