  • A Smaller World [View article]
    When the world is falling apart economically, the primary goal is to stabilize your personal finances, then your community's, then your country's. The rest of the world comes in at the back of the pack.

    I haven't noticed Paulson or Bernanke flinging Trillions in concern over the troubles of Europe or Asia unless their primary purpose is to backstop the US economy. Why should we expect the Chinese to act any differently?
