    Recent market activity looks as though the current down leg may have run out of steam. Bear market rally may commence, but it's likely we haven't seen the utlimate bottom yet.

    Short term traders may get a playable bounce here. Be ready to exit on first sign of weakness though.

    According to Austrian Economic textbooks, Inflation = increase in supply of money.

    Why wonder about it, go check the official FED data for the adjusted monetary base:

    research.stlouisfed.or...[1][id]=BASE&s[1][...

    Summary: Adjusted monetary base has grown more in the past 2 months than for the 9 years prior to that time.

    Odds are pretty good that there is more of the same coming in the near future.
