    Based on the price action it is too early to buy. While the fundamental valuation may be encouraging, the technicals and operational losses are not.

    If the company is viable long term (potentially a big IF) it will spend some time basing before starting back up again. Should the company manage to reverse it's losses and operate profitably there will be opportunity to do well by investing. Be patient.

    Why does everyone want to buy at $1 when the situation is quite risky. I'd rather wait to see risk reduced and buy at $3 knowing I won't lose all my investment. But that's just me.
