what a bad analysis! I bet you don't work at Goldman... YES we DID hear about the debt-to-GDP ratio in all other countries and YES there is a european debt crisis. TEF is loaded of debt. You may see a high return if you invest now indeed. But don't forget that this deep "discount" is due to the high risk in the european market. FTE isn't reallly performing better, which shows that it's not a spanish problem about TEF, but rather a european debt one...
