    "Cleveland-Cliffs Chief Executive Joseph Carrabba spoke with Clark on July 15 to inform him that the company was about to announce the proposed acquisition of Alpha" ? Who is "Clark" ? I was thinking he met with Falcone. Anyway, the Oct 3rd vote can't come soon enough as this cloud of uncertainty is not good for ANR or CLF investors.
