Behold the power of auctions! Simply out of interest I've been following this item on eBay: cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayIS...
It's a NIB vintage Weber grill. The seller started it at $139.99 with a But-It-Now of $159. A person started the bidding, which stops the BIN feature. The item is currently at $305, with 3 hrs. to go.
@Leslie78 "What I don't like about ebay is that I don't feel like I can be really honest about sellers' products, because if I trash the quality of the product or the service, then the seller gets to trash me as a buyer."
Not sure where you've been lately, but for some time now sellers can only leave positive feedback for buyers. As if there are no bad buyers! lol

Well Scot, desperate times call for desperate measures, and eBay seems to be getting pretty darn desperate.
If they really want to "bring back" the buyers, first they have to bring back the sellers that made the billions of dollars for them. And we know that's not going to happen.
"Come to think of it, eBay" is the last place I look for online purchases these days.

Well heck, if "maybe" qualifies our statements, then I predict shares back to $10. "Maybe" before this day is over :)

eBay has p*ssed off a lot of people, and it seems possible to me that a few of them may have hacking skills.
Sad for the small sellers, but the thought of Diamonds losing large sums of money brings a smile to my face :)
