what a bummer... we all had faith in Mel...what hurts the most if that you believe in someone doing good, making the best effort straight up...and if that person fails honestly then so be it...but when someone takes you down purposely...its hard to swallow. this is corporate america at its worst. have always read about people getting hurt with this kind of stuff, but never happened to me personally...we'll now I (we're) part of that miserable club.

what about Mel just saying last week he was "confident" he would get the financiing done. based on what we all seem to believe today is this not just another total lie?
