Mark O'Dea is a worldwide top5 manager. Sandstorm and Franco Nevada are on Board + the Burkina Government need the cash.

A solution has to be found. The IRR is extremely high and the place prospective.

  • Aberdeen Is Cheap, With A Catalyst [View article]
Seems fishy. I bought AAB starting at .70 and now my average position is 0.35. One of the worst performing stocks in my portofoglio. Both management seem to be bad. As the NAV is bigger than the Market Cap why don't just liquidate?

  • Aberdeen Is Cheap, With A Catalyst [View article]
As a 4 year shareholder I can just be happy of such acrion. Very poor managaement just happy to make money for themselves. And the private placement disgusting.
A New Capital said, I would discount 50/75% the private placements. And 33% the public one to discover the true value post management change.
Stan Bharti and his family firm Forbes & Manhattan are clearly not in the shareholder creation business.

    Look
    1. Gas is also down.
    2. HYG refinancing costs
    3. Low oil could be 1+ years
    4. Kurdistan + Libya + Iran production up
    5. Storages full everywhere

I like VNR, but it could go lower and will slice dividend 50%

  • Why I Purchased Exxon Mobil And Chevron This Week [View article]
Yes. Why? LOL. Next leg down at 80USD

I especially liked the point in the introduction:
Energy demand is expected to rise in the future, and Exxon Mobil and Chevron are in excellent positions to accommodate this growing need with their vast reserves.
How? And will it be oil? And will the 7 billions non american subject buy from US companies?

I like Atico, Copper... going down? At 0.45 CAD I would buy, if copper stays above 2.90 and gold above 1200 :)

  • Hedging Windfall Potential For Vanguard Natural Resources [View article]
    Today it lost 10% more.
    I see some dangers:
    1. LNG exports is scheduled for 2018, not tomorrow
    2. Gas could also just collapse and everything will be busted.

VNR seem just to be in a better shape than the other O&G cos.
Glad I sold ALL my energy positions in October.
When everything stabilizes, NASDAQ:VNRBP could be a winner, but I WOULD NOT invest right now in them.
