  • Eyes Overseas Expansion [View article]
Haha and if it has a lower P/S than all of the other massively overvalued companies in its sector than it much represent good value.

There is no bottom line growth, only increasing GAAP losses.

  • Has High Growth Potential: Initiating A $58 Price Target [View article]
How could the stock be a buy if your price target is below the current price? Also to pay dividends the company needs to make a GAAP profit at some point, which it has no intention of ever doing.

  • BHP Billiton announces demerger [View news story]
I think 15% is withheld by the depository bank, which I believe can be claimed back since the dividend is 100% "franked" by the Australian Gov't.

  • BHP Billiton announces demerger [View news story]
Since the spinoff will only be listed in Australia it's likely UK shareholders want to get out before corporate action.

So you think FB is worth a trillion dollars in a few years, nearly twice the market cap of AAPL?

  • I Was Wrong About Apple [View article]
He has disclosed his positions in AAPL and other stocks quite often. He has made some good trades and bad trades like every other trader. He has had a very successful career from what I can see, I don't think he will lose sleep over one bad call.

  • Remains My Favorite Short [View article]
I wasn't suggesting TSLA is the model to follow or the stock price is justified. I meant in this market there are loads of stocks in bubble territory, but I would much rather short a stock like CRM which will inevitably fall as it's basically a legalized ponzi scheme and a company that produces a good product but the share is way ahead of itself.

  • Remains My Favorite Short [View article]
CRM is my favorite short as well. As opposed to good companies that are overvalued (i.e. TSLA), CRM uses every accounting trick in the book to hide the fact they are and never will be profitable. Also over half of Long Term Assets is Goodwill that has simply been piled up with their overpriced mergers and will be written off, leading to reduction to all the fake Additional Paid In Capital for Shareholder's Equity (basically there is no shareholder's Equity)

  • Will Tesla Go To $180 Or $239 After Earnings? Doesn't Matter To Me [View article]
I don't really see much upside with buying the straddle. You are paying 14% premium for the 3 week straddle. You will need about a 10% move with earnings for you to cover the IV crush after earnings. This could happen but don't think the odds are great. If you are bullish on the stock I would rather sell the earnings premium, either by writing a put which you don't mind getting assigned on or buy the stock and write a call.

  • Tesla Motors sets in motion $1.6B convertible note offering [View news story]
It's been happening with nearly every bubble stock. Equity offering or dilution and the stock rallies. Happened with LNKD, WDAY and FB with Whatsapp deal
