    I seemly quote from todays news:

    "Aluminum prices shot up to their highest-ever level after China's top 20 aluminum producers said they will cut output by up to 10% in order to save energy and help the country cope with power outages and higher costs."

    That's right. "Highest ever", not "15 year low".
